Becoming A Safe Coach

Called by God. Equipped to hold.

A FREE Masterclass • September 8 &10, 2026 • 10:00am-12pm MDT

Three shifts every faith-led coach must make—
and why most coaching certifications miss the mark.

This isn’t about questioning your calling.
It’s about becoming someone who is ready to carry it well.

Because God may already be using you.

In the way people open up to you. The way you listen. The way you notice what others miss. The way people trust you with the parts of their story they don’t share with everyone.

You may already know you’re called to help.

But feeling called and knowing how to safely hold someone’s pain are two different things.

That’s what Becoming a Safe Coach is about.

You don't have to wait until you feel ready

You may already be the person others come to when life gets hard.

You know how to listen. You care deeply. And somewhere inside, you sense that God may be calling you to do more with that gift.

But you may still wonder...

  • Am I qualified enough?
  • What if someone brings me something I don't know how to handle?
  • What if I do more harm than good?

That hesitation doesn't mean you're not called.

It may mean you understand something important: A heart to help isn't the same as knowing how to help safely.

And readiness? That's something you can build.

Becoming a Safe Coach
is a free masterclass for faith-led women who know they’re called to help others—but still wonder if they’re truly equipped to hold what someone might bring them.

In this live masterclass, you'll discover:

Why your own story may be showing up in the room more than you realize

See the shift that helps you recognize when you are getting in the way of the person you're trying to help.

Why being a good listener isn't the same as creating emotional safety

Find what changes when you stop trying to have the right answer.

Why waiting until you feel ready may be keeping you stuck

What actually creates the confidence to sit across from someone and know you can hold what comes.

LEADING THIS MASTERCLASS

I’m Tera Brown — a faith-led, trauma-informed coach, ICF- and APSATS-trained practitioner, and founder of Healers Academy, where I train and mentor women to become safe, skilled, emotionally grounded coaches.

My own path into this work began through personal healing—and taught me early that having a powerful story doesn’t automatically prepare you to hold someone else’s.

Over the years, I’ve seen the same thing in women who feel deeply called to help: they don't need someone to simply tell them they're ready. They need the skills, practice, self-awareness, and mentorship that allow them to become ready.

That’s why I created Healers Academy—and why I’m teaching Becoming a Safe Coach.

Because your calling deserves to be carried well.

If you’re here, it’s because you’re someone who listens —
and then moves when it’s time.

Most women who choose this masterclass don’t feel perfectly ready — they feel the stretch.

That subtle discomfort that comes when something matters.
When staying the same no longer fits, but forcing the next step doesn’t either.

They’re women who don’t rush themselves —
and also don’t ignore the quiet pull forward.

This experience is designed for that exact place.

Not to push you.
Not to rush a decision.
But to give you the steadiness and clarity to move with trust — instead of pressure.

This isn’t about changing your life in one afternoon.
It’s about helping you recognize the next right step —
whether that step is movement, rest, or deeper discernment.

And if this feels like a grounded yes — not loud, not urgent —
that’s usually how readiness sounds.
