
Twice a month online coaching group that will help you explore the basics of Emotional Literacy and set you on a path to finally break the cycles and patterns that are keeping you STUCK!
Together we will walk through other exciting concepts like expectations, judgments, self compassion and more!
Relationships, whether with your in-laws, spouse, kids, or neighbors, can be tricky and we will talk about ways to communicate, ways to express yourself, ways to help out, and ways to let someone else feel the natural consequences of their actions.

This is an ongoing group coaching call. You can join the group when it suits you and stay as long as you want!

To be emotionally literate is to be able to handle emotions in a way that takes back your personal power and improves the quality of life around you. Emotional literacy improves relationships, creates loving possibilities between people, makes co-operative work possible, and facilitates the feeling of community. A person with well developed emotional literacy can recognize, regulate and respond to their emotional states as they appear.
Just like our class, we will be reviewing concepts and
time to process.


Time to come with questions, suggestions, or problems. As you do your own processing with me, others will learn too.
