Examples of Daily Challenges

Physical
  • 48 oz water
  • 45 minutes exercise
  • No sugar/sweets/unhealthy snacks
  • 7 hours sleep (not necessarily consecutive – naps count too!)
Emotional
  • Connect with someone (phone call, text or visit)
  • Check in with two emotions daily (preferably to an accountability partner or journal)
  • One act of kindness/service
  • Read an article about emotional health
Mental
  • One journal entry
  • Say 3 positive affirmations into the mirror (I am statements)
  • 10 minutes puzzle (crossword, puzzle or )
  • Research/learn something for 15 minutes
  • Set your phone away for 1 hour
Spiritual
  • 15 minutes scripture or spiritual reading
  • Prayer ( at least one, many more welcome)
  • Meditation
  • Attend a church service

Intuitive Life Coach and I help women recover and rediscover their lives after betrayal.

I am an Intuitive Life Coach and Speaker specializing in healing work with women, couples and families.

I myself woke up from a lifelong pattern I wasn’t even aware of…avoiding, numbing and denying my emotions, when after 16 years of marriage my husband disclosed his infidelity and addiction struggles.

I began my personal journey of personal growth work and recovery that very day. Since then, my personal journey has taken me on a roller coaster of learning and growing. My passion has become to share with others the tools I found and created to live life authentically and on purpose.

I absolutely love my job and my clients too! I have created a platform I teach from that simply starts with, when you heal in the four areas of PEMS (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), you build strength and stability to become whole again.

Emotional Safety Mentor, International Trauma Informed Coach and Speaker, Tera Brown specializes in healing work with women, couples and families.
