Welcome to Returning to Center

A 12-week invitation to sit with God
and restore balance across
Physical • Emotional • Mental • Spiritual

Welcome.
I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’re here, chances are something in you knew it was time to slow down — not to stop, not to quit — but to return.

Return to your body.
Return to your heart.
Return to your thoughts.
Return to your spirit.

And most importantly, return to God’s presence with you in all of it.

The Chair

I want to begin with an image that will guide us through these next 12 weeks.

Imagine a chair.
A chair has four legs.

Each leg matters.

In this practice, those four legs represent:
Physical — your body and nervous system
Emotional — what you feel and carry
Mental — your thoughts and inner dialogue
Spiritual — your connection with God

When one leg is ignored, the chair wobbles.
When two are ignored, we brace.
When three are ignored, we don’t feel steady at all.

Balance doesn’t come from fixing one leg perfectly.
It comes from giving attention — with intention — to each one.

And the chair?
The chair is where we sit with God.

Not striving.
Not performing.
Not trying to get it right.

Just showing up.

What This Practice Is (and Isn’t)

Returning to Center is not about doing more.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s not about checking boxes.

This is a daily practice of noticing.

Each day, you’ll gently check in with all four areas:

  • What does my body need today?
  •  What am I feeling, without fixing it?
  • What thoughts need truth or softness?
  • Where can I sit with God today?

Some days will feel steady.
Some days will feel tender.
All of it belongs here.

A Gentle Invitation

You don’t need to do this “right.”
You don’t need to catch up.
You don’t need to change everything at once.

All that’s asked of you is this:

Come sit in the chair each day.
Even for a moment.
Even imperfectly.
God meets us in presence — not pressure.

I’m honored to walk with you in this season.
Welcome to Returning to Center.

How Points Work

Returning to Center — A Daily PEMS Practice

Yes — this is a wellness contest.
And also — it’s a practice.

The point system exists to keep things fun, motivating, and consistent — not to create pressure or perfection.

Here’s how it works.

Each day, you’ll earn up to 4 points per day by giving attention — with intention — to each of the four PEMS areas.
  • 1 point for Physical
  • 1 point for Emotional
  • 1 point for Mental
  • 1 point for Spiritual
Each area is one leg of the chair.

When you tend to all four, you build steadiness over time.

That’s it.
You don’t earn more points for doing harder things.
You earn points for showing up.

What Counts for a Point?

Each day, choose one small intention for each area.

If it supports that leg of the chair, it counts.

Examples:

Physical → water, movement, rest, sleep, fresh air

Emotional → naming emotions, journaling, connection, kindness

Mental → journaling, learning, puzzle, phone break

Spiritual → prayer, scripture, meditation, sitting quietly with God

What To Expect

  • Weekly videos to inspire, teach, and have fun!
  • Google Sheet to record your challenges and points.
  • Telegram Group to connect with other participants.
  • Freedom to make the challenge your own!
  • Connection with others who inspire you.

The Pot

Each participant contributes a $50 entry fee.

At the end of 12 weeks:
The participant with the highest total points wins the pot
Administrative fees are deducted before payout

Whether you win the pot or not, the deeper purpose remains the same:
learning how to return to balance — daily, gently, and with God.

Hi, I'm Coach Tera

Intuitive Life Coach and I help women recover and rediscover their lives after betrayal.

I am an Intuitive Life Coach and Speaker specializing in healing work with women, couples and families.

I myself woke up from a lifelong pattern I wasn’t even aware of…avoiding, numbing and denying my emotions, when after 16 years of marriage my husband disclosed his infidelity and addiction struggles.

I began my personal journey of personal growth work and recovery that very day. Since then, my personal journey has taken me on a roller coaster of learning and growing. My passion has become to share with others the tools I found and created to live life authentically and on purpose.

I absolutely love my job and my clients too! I have created a platform I teach from that simply starts with, when you heal in the four areas of PEMS (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual), you build strength and stability to become whole again.
